Otome only loves Kazura like a convenience. She is easy to manipulate, extract money from, and seemingly will go along with whatever Otome wants. That's why she told Kazura she's getting married. She thought that Kazura would just suck it up like all the other abuse and cheating she's endured throughout the years.
So Yuki framing it that way irks me, Kazura so clearly wants to believe Otome has feelings for her beyond convenience, but I'm sure that she'll answer that call, and Otome will quickly remind her why she jumped off of a building.
