You know, thanks for working on this. This series had been one of those unresolved things I've got from reading manga back when I was young.

“I want to be with someone who doesn’t know about me and takigawa” is huge imo, because even if Ponta (mostly) doesn’t mean to be mean about it, Chisa doesn’t like hearing of his existence, but she just accepts it if he’s mentioned and Ponta keeps bringing him up.

Ponta is doing things that are not outright wrong/bad, but makes Chisa feel bad in ways that add up. And she doesn’t speak up because independently these things are small. Ponta is quick to feel attacked and has difficulty seeing things beyond how he is personally affected (although he’s improving). I know a 30 year old man like this (without the improvement)…
