Him being bullied for having the healing attribute contradicts the very start of the story. Healing magic is a waste of time due to the effort involved to achieve anything, not because the people idiotically don't value healing. But, if you have an attribute for it, then it is useful and the healing is highly valued. This chapter took the opposite approach, which makes absolutely no sense. Especially in a city of magic.
