I’ve read a lot of mangas with MCs that are kinda pathetic, but i don’t think i’ve ever read one as pathetic as this one lol

I don't think he's that pathetic (unless you're talking about his social anxiety? If so, wow)

But in terms of making a move on women, he is so much better than most MCs who keep rejecting women's advances.

What he is, though, is a scumbag. He kept leading the elf about their relationship status.
