I like how the anime is such a spitfire of events, but man they really need a reboot where it's everything instead of just parts. Seeing the Dragon Demon Lord and Vernois have their funny family moment would have been great with the anime's art direction.

Hey Oyster. Don't pull a Darth Vader on the DDL after he checked out and tried to marry girls his daughter's age. And don't blueball us with Champion Nona by giving her the Squirrel Girl treatment.

I prefer Subaru's previous outfit, personally. But design-wise, out of all the girls presented I like Vernois and Rindo the most. Hopefully Rindo sticks around and maybe Nazuna too.

We have gone 3/4 of the first series already. Hopefully it stays consistently fun like this until the end.
