For the story, Allen was sleeping naked in Chapter 1 and his mother didn't mind him standing naked so it's probably common in their commoner household at least.

Can't really say it's common for noble households though, especially sleeping naked with unwed partners. Regardless, he still can't lie his way out with his highly-perceptive mother-in-law anyway.

Married under the elves, yes. The Ramslett family approves of their relationship too but I'm not aware if they will automatically acknowledge that marriage or they will still need to be wed in their own cultural human way.
