To those who want spoilers (assuming it will follow the WN, which it has been):
Like someone mentioned previously, the light fairy won't be able to cure Ana.
Allen learns that, to prevent herself from being corrupted by the cursed sword, Ana sealed her mind deep into her subconscious.
The only thing that will release the seal is some "key" that will "unlock" it.

Afterwards, Allen and the Duke head to the royal capital per the royal decree, and there they discuss Allen's reward with the king.
The king, being the piece of shit he is, 1) tries to take credit for Allen's accomplishments and 2) thinks that a "fitting reward" would only be giving Allen knighthood, not even nobility. Rightfully so, the Duke retorts that not only is Allen part of Ramslett as an adventurer registered there (hence, the king can't claim shit), knighthood is nowhere near a good enough reward.
In response, the king throws a fit and declares the Duke a traitor and orders the guards to execute him.

Allen and the Duke escape and return to Ramslett, where the Duke then declares independence and turns his dukedom into a kingdom. The trash king declares war on the "treasonous rebels", and has his army invade Ramslett. Allen obliterates the advance force with more carpet bombing.

Eventually, Ana's birthday arrives with the war still ongoing.
Everyone at the Ramslett estate visits Ana who is still unconscious and proceed to tell stories about their shared history and cry at the hopelessness of her never regaining consciousness.
Allen's turn comes, and he also recounts fond memories he has of them together.

He then pulls out the sword he and Ana got from the dungeon with the frosty bird boss (idr the names for either) and mentions how he promised to give it to her for her birthday, then places it in her hands.
This sword was the "key" that he was looking for; Ana had cherished the time she spent with Allen in that dungeon, and was eager to get the sword as promised.

Ana regains consciousness to the surprise and tearful delight of everyone present. With the support of the now-King Ramslett, Allen and Ana become engaged, the "official" reason being that Allen is the kingdom's hero and Ana its princess.
I can share what happens afterward if anyone is interested.

People who are most important to him are gathered; now it's time to overthrow the trash King and Prince. I really hope that Allen doesn't make some hero-type decision and spare them. He can easily overthrow the king and make his father-in-law the new king, since I don't think Allen is the type to want to rule over people. A few chapters ago, they mentioned that if the king's direct descendants disappear, the Duke has a chance to become a king since he is somewhat related to the royal line. Make him king and punish everyone who conspired against Ana.

Why would you assume that?

He's directly killed at least a few hundred people, probably a thousand, from his bombing runs on enemy camps and convoys

Allen was ready to fire bomb a city to find Ana, stopping only because the dragons cleared the city for him.

He executed the crown prince of Est for wanting to rape Ana, and he killed Gunther for saying Ana is only good for breeding now.

He's a protagonist who has not yet shied away from killing when justified, why would you assume he'll spare prince dick head and bitch saintess when they were directly responsible for Ana getting kidnapped?

Don't mind me, just pinging everyone who added a reaction to that post.
Let's start with where I left off. Ana had just regained consciousness and is now engaged to Allen.
Due to what happened during her time in the enemy nation and being unconscious, Ana has lost a lot of her strength. With the help and encouragement of everyone at the estate, she slowly recovers.
Allen stays by her side as much as possible, but the ongoing war forces him to attend to the warfront (with more carpet bombing). The nature of the war is akin to a siege on Ramslett, but this is a non-issue since Ramslett is highly self-sufficient.

The focus then cuts to the OG!FMC and her time spent in the royal capital. She's living it up with her reverse harem: lazing around, having sex, ordering the servants, having more sex... you get the idea.
At around this time (details forgotten, sorry) she obtains one of the key items from the original game: the Saint's Staff. While not the literal name of the object (also forgotten), the important point is that it amplifies the powers of its user. Through the use of the Saint's Staff, she begins brainwashing people.
Eventually, the OG!FMC gets her hands on one of the more influential figures within the clergy in the royal capital, which then leads to her dominating the entirety of it. Her clergy puppets then declare her the "real Saint" and the Ramslett kingdom a bunch of heretics. This then leads her to brainwashing basically the entirety of the royal capital, including the trash king.

Tangent: Before Allen and the then-Duke Ramslett went to the audience with the king, Allen warned his friends and fellow adventurers in the royal capital that things would turn to shit fast, and that they should move to Ramslett while they still have the chance.

Anyway, back to the story. With newfound confidence and her desires unchecked, OG!FMC and her reverse harem (I'll just stay Five Idiots for brevity) lead the charge on another attempt to invade Ramslett. Allen begins carpet bombing the enemy like usual, but something seems off...
Usually, soldiers who were severely injured would end up dying, and those that weren't were scared shitless.
These soldiers, however, seemed to keep getting up despite their wounds, and would repeatedly say things like "For the Saint!" and other things to that effect. Fortunately, the enemy force is wiped out (because of the carpet bombing) to the dismay of the Five Idiots, and they are taken prisoner.

The story cuts back to Allen who is going to interrogate the Five Idiots. On his way there, he learns that the guards had moved them to different room than instructed. He chalks it up to a misunderstanding in relaying orders and enters the room.
In the room, the Five Idiots are stripped of their weapons and bound to chairs, in which they sit. Almost immediately, the OG!FMC tries sweet-talking Allen into giving them a light sentence. Allen is disgusted and basically calls the OG!FMC a bitch, taunting her.
In retaliation, the OG!FMC starts gloating about Ana's supposed fate (for those that don't remember: being kidnapped, raped and killed) to try to get a rise out of Allen. It fails, because obviously Ana isn't dead. To the shock of the Five Idiots, Ana enters the room, after which she says that Allen and she are engaged. This enrages the OG!FMC, who then throws a tantrum and complains that she's the real Saint, Ana should've been killed, etc. After she finishes, Allen uses an appraisal stone and is surprised to see the OG!FMC's title: the Witch of Envy.

This is when the OG!FMC's magic is revealed: her words carry a charming spell which influences the people around her. The Saint Staff amplifies this to full-on mind control for anybody who has even a sliver of affection toward her.

Due to his shock, Allen unwittingly announces the OG!FMC's real title and, realizing that she was holding the Saint's Staff behind her back, quickly takes it from her. This further enrages the OG!FMC, who then orders the muscle-brained Idiot to take the Saint's Staff back and kill Allen. The Idiot rips apart his constraints and lunges at Allen.
Using his skills and combat experience, Allen is able to dodge the attacks from the Idiot. Seeing this, the OG!FMC orders the Idiot to instead target Ana, who is still in a weakened state. Allen takes the brunt of the attack and is struck with a fatal wound. Ana freezes the muscle-brained idiot, and the remaining Idiots free themselves and escape.

As they escape, Allen falls to the floor, still holding the Saint's Staff. Ana catches him, and he looks up at her and smiles from the relief at seeing that she was unharmed. He did it. He was finally able to save the villainess. Allen accepts his fate, and begins to lose consciousness.

The scene ends with Ana clutching Allen's limp figure, crying and pleading for him to not die.
Pardon the extensive details; I remembered this part of the WN better than the prior events.
There's still more to the story after this, and I can also spoil it if requested.
