1st you don't remove a potentially trapped magical item unless you get a magical expert in that field to study it before removal (that's like trying to defuse an electrical circuit that you don't know what it would do it could remove nicely it could blow up her and everyone in the vicinity that's why you don't do shiz to those items and get an expert)
2nd i think you lack reading comprehension literally at the end of page 16 they say to get her a change of clothes which you can clearly see in the fact that she has freaking cloth covering her shoulders. (compare page 14 and 20)
3rd you clearly know nothing of basic triage. if you're referring to the MC he received basic treatment if the wound isn't showing any signs you have no reason to suspect poison and as such you would just be wasting resources something extremely crucial in the war. if you mean the girl then you clearly lack reading comprehension cuz she literally was checked and said to be physically fine.
4th you clearly don't remember but the current operation is currently a rebellion against the king. they have very few TRUSTED experts that they can turn to. not to mention they literally currently have a doctor for them but as was obviously indicated curse specializations are just that a heavy specialization and one won't always be on hand. this also comes into effect of
5th the whole search operation has to be done in secret that's why it had to be left alone to Alen who is hypermobile unlike the entire Army of the count (or whatever his rank is again) as the search wasn't approved by the king and wouldn't be approved anyway because it's surprise surprise war time so he's obviously being heavily watched with his placement of units that they literally can't help him narrow it down unless they want EVERYONE that the house supports to die.

Because,

• the collar isn't immediate focus as the focus is on her health; the collar is just a magic sealer, it doesn't do anything else (its also possible the Mangaka just forgot and drew it by accident, or you need someone specific to remove it).
• MC didn't have the time nor the clothes to do such things. The maids did eventually change her clothes.
• if someone is moving around so much without much issue, no one would immediately check for poison (MC got shot by that arrow quite a while ago; i mean he rescued her at night, and its already daytime by the time he reaches her house, so at minimum its been 6+ hours).
• it haven't even been that long since MC brought her back to her home, plus they are at war alert, you can't expect them to bring in a specialist so quickly.
• how would they narrow down locations, when they don't even know where they took her? and it's not like they have access to a map of the enemy nation with all of it's locations marked.

problem is Amy isn't just a commoner. she's half noble she's would be considerate a noble "bastard" in the old linguistic sense of the word. she's also currently the princes betrothed major problem.
also yeah HE might not be in harms way but everyone he ever had a close relationship WILL that means first on the hitlist would be his mom and as his house is a point of public record they can easly set up a random 2 insignificant knight stakeout there. there's plenty of ways to hurt him without him being harmed directly that's why they can't just go in guns blazing

I forget the fate of the other ring, honestly. But this is the only one I recall having enough plot significance to impact anything. In any case Anna will be awakened on her birthday. It shouldn't be too far in the future from here. Maybe right after the whole house call from the Elf village?
