What are you even talking about? Ive watched dozens, hundreds of TV shows and movies. Everybody knows that silencers make guns silent, and that a gunshot wound makes the victim fall to the ground instantly dead unless it is a limb shot.

Agree but I'm guessing the author is using the wind magic power as a reason it's not as loud as an actual explosion of smokeless powder.

And as others have pointed out the bandits while numerous would not know what the sound of his wind bullet was and may have ignored it.

Again with the naive hesitation even after he's already killed a bunch of bandits. It's like he failed to actually learn his lesson even after seeing Carlin almost raped in front of his eyes. That kind of half-assed resolve is infuriating and stupid. Securing the safety of hostages by eliminating threats whenever possible is better than trying to escape quickly while threats are still present. He'd have been killed and the rescue failed if it wasn't for the other guys with him.

His seniors in the guild are right. In fantasy worlds like this, bandits are no different from demons or goblins and should've been eliminated when possible. These guys typically don't go home to loving families or have wives and kids, they're just plain threats to humanity. Every bandit dead is a net increase in public safety.

these are all air guns, the appearance is mostly decoration. he is a wind mage subclassing as thief class.

I disagree he started as a thief class remember concealment came first then subbed into wind mage.

Blowdarts don't send out projectiles at supersonic speeds like a gun does, there's definitely a sound but a surpressor/silencer might be able to muzzle some of that as it's not explosive energy that causes it, but wind energy, think of what a wind tunnel sounds like, there are ways to prevent sound from escaping, but the problem with bullets is that the explosive energy would destroy most methods to "silence" it fully, that might be able to be done with pure gas piston energy.

What makes gun noisy isn't the explosion. A lot comes from sonic boom. It's why supersonic suppressed is still LOUD AS HELL, but suppressed subsonic is quiet enough for you to shoot without ear protection

The noise is actually generated from three parts: the expanding gases escaping the barrel, the sonic boom of the projectile, and in semi autos/full autos the sound from the action moving. Suppressors generally drop the noise to hearing safe levels ie jack hammer and lower.

You are correct that subsonic ammo and suppressors produce the quietest situations but would still be loud enough to alert nearby people.

Also the wind magic would still be loud under normal situations. However since we don't know the full process for the wind magic in this world maybe it is quiet

Yes, my Ruger 10/22 suppressed with CCI subsonics is basically air rifle quiet.

It's still frickin' loud with supersonic rounds.

It looks like the girl was not raped, nothing points to it and she seemed fine. I would like to know if this is the only instance of sexual violence in this manga or will there be more I need to be aware of.
This one I saw from a mile away. The moment the guards mentioned that the bandits gangraped women I knew there was going to be someone close to MC who will be the victim, and it wasn't that hard to figure out that it was the cunny.
