Seems like the real author is Nijiki Sokura. Tsukasa Hojo is listed as being the author of the reference material.
Still, I guess even City Hunter couldn't escape the whole reincarnation trope huh...?
That being said, I just bought volume 1 from Bookwalker JP. Time to see if it's actually any good.

I don't think Tsukasa Hojo has anything to do with this manga, he's not artist for sure. But well, between CH and AH I like CH much more, would've been nice to have oneshot about CH in 20XX
based on manga, not what they did in recent movie. 😴
