What kid loves to see their parents devoted to work? In what kind of nighmare world they live?

This is a constant theme i have seen in manga, the subttle message that is ok to put work over personal life, health and responsabilities, they work themselves to an early grave in real life and yet they romanticize it like a cool think to do in manga. Of course is wrong and one of the reasons their society has such a bad decline in birth rate, i try to look at it without judgment to others culture but understending the facts and their consequences.

I'm reading so many manga here that it's the only way I can keep them straight, especially when there's a delay and something doesn't get updated for a couple of months. I also usually reread the previous chapter before going into the new one.

Nothing explicit yet, but judging by this chapter and the few previous ones, seems like the dad just fell out of love.

Oh come on! The dad apparently walked away, but he cares enough to totally support his ex-wife and kid, and worries about their health. Why aren't they together!!?

So let me get this straight: There was a deadline to apply(?) for the christmas party back in september (wtf?!) and MC missed it. Now, however, multiple students gave note of not wanting to attend anymore. And instead of letting students fill those numbers they're stuck in their bureaucratic traditionalism not letting students in last minute. They'd rather have an "empty" party than be flexible about that deadline

The Web Novel has the class president say that since they already took their money it would be unethical to give out their spot since they don't refund the money

"Right ... Well, you see, we were prepared for people who canceled their
participation, but since those people paid with their money upfront, we can't
really accept new participants."

For this kind of party, normally people would make a list of participants in
advance and give those people on the list their invitations. This was to prevent
outsiders from entering the party without permission.

Even if I were to insist on paying now, since the list was already made, it
seemed like it would be impossible for me to apply since that meant they
would need to update the list.
