Can you spoil me? I don’t know if you’re referring to Yuu or someone else but I only know one drama point
A very abrasive and aggressive gyaru called Nagisa Arae. Her and Yuu really get into it over and over and to a lesser extent - Umi and Maki. As of the most recent LN, Yuu and Arae are pretty good friends.

I’m calling it: He’s in the same class as Yuu and that’s where her (and i hope only her) love will blossom

Am i off, people who read the LN?
Yup, thought the same. All build up and signs point in that direction. Drama is on the horizon.

Im lowk torn cause on the one hand I like that the author dares to separate our main pair when most romcom stories conveniently put them together all the time. On the other hand, I dislike seeing the two lovebirds being separated like this 😭 Like come on I want to see them deal with new classmates together, be in the same classes and stay together for the vast majority of their time at school. I can stand annoying classmates and drama when I know that they're a pair and there's nothing that can damage their relationship.

2-10 and 2-11???? Damn how many students does that school have
Sometimes some school have 12 classes for a year... That's how public schools were in my city. 26 middle schools, but only 10 highschools. Them middle school students gotta get in to somewhere

Average year of highschools in metropolitan areas across the world are 100-200 students, maybe reaching 300 if you live in an especially dense urban area and if the school is public. Based on their seating arrangements, a class is probably no more than 25 students, maybe up to 30. To have 11 class in a year, you would need 25*11 = 275 students.

It is a pretty big school, almost as densely populated as a university.

I may be the only reader who loves the basketball arc but hates the class separation one. Maki easily clears the threshold for the advanced class Umi lands in, but watching school officials give absolute bullshit evasions when confronted and get away with it makes me lose my damn mind every time I think about it. I would've had at least a tiny bit of respect for them if they'd just said they needed someone to keep Amami from crashing out if left to her own devices. But nooooooooooo...
Its a plot device the author always use, one example of this is the seemingly good teacher doesnt give a flying shit about maki getting bullied in the early chapters just for one of the girls to step up when it couldve been resolved without that happening
