Nothing was able to fully fix her for 100k+ years aside one guy with the repair skill, how much is rare, and why it seems to only work on her?

and that dungeon somehow was never explained for good in so much time?
Author exagerrated, MC opening a chest and being random teleported to her position would have made more sense.
