No the tag is right, mc fuck Shuri-kun while he is still fully male, because he looked like a girl thinking that it doesn't make him gay (and the only guy he fuck iirc), the talk about the feminization magic and the gender bend version happen way later, which is when Shuri-kun actually change gender (but doesn't stay or marry the mc), there is the summoned hero that improved the magic because the mc rejected him, but doesn't end up with him, while the orphan kid, confess, get rejected, come back as a female and marry the mc

In your usual Isekai featuring ex-Black Company protags, they either get rejuvenated, or fit with a Healthy Body for a "Slow Life"( that never happens, of course...), at best you get to see some flashbacks of how the protag used to live for contrast.

The MC here is literally moved in way past the point of terminal exhaustion, and still gets shat upon at almost all levels.
He's running on fumes, and uses his experience in ...japanese social deflection... as an actual weapon.
Expertly, even... His Keigo-fu is extremely strong. Which is in and of itself part of the satire in this manga.

Some even are overjoyed by the Apocalypse...
