There's a thousand ways such an "exploit" could be curtailed, simplest being mana cost associated with using appraisal.getting xp by using appraisal sounds dumb, just go outside and spam it for infinite xp
language one makes sense I guess, there are not that many languages in fantasy worlds so learning them to get xp is fair

So he got lucky such accidental combo,xdThere's a thousand ways such an "exploit" could be curtailed, simplest being mana cost associated with using appraisal.
You can even see it in this chapter, he completely drained his mana to 0 by using appraisal once, and translation twice.
We're trying to get this into weekly releases from now on!ooàf its tough for setup chapters to come out this slow, but i still like the premise so i'll patiently wait for the next chapters!
They're not actually paid that much unless they're working at really high levels for the EU or UN. Plus he'd need credentials, just because you speak a language doesn't mean you'd be a good interpreter - sure he'll know the other guy said "feed-in-tariff" in Vietnamese for solar energy negotiations, for example, but does he know what that means? So he'd have to get a university language degree at least before anyone would look at his resume, and he'd have to work his way up to the good jobs over time. And move to Brussels or New York if he wants the big money, which isn't even that big tbh when you take the cost of living in those places into account. This guy is set for life. If everything else fails, he can still work as an interpreter.
just so you know my complaint was more about the manga being a slow starter and not the translators and redrawers! you do gods work! thank you and i hope to see more! We're trying to get this into weekly releases from now on!
