Based on the volume covers it seems we can expect the next three volumes (and maybe some of this volume, judging by the current plot progression) to cover this school arc. I'm so sick and tired of this. There's so many comics that have their setting in high-school, going through the usual motions (confessions, an absolutely colossal cultural festival, school council, school trip(s), exams, etc.) with a minor twist (this time the MC is (part) monster, this time they're going through an edgy phase, this one likes punk music, etc.)
Why then, when you choose high fantasy as your setting, do you still return to high-school? First we get a drawn out & repetitive fight, posing as an intense clash, now this? Did this series get popular, resulting in some overbearing editor to take over, forcing all the safe and boring tropes to find their way into this? I'm worried the plot progression is going to slow down to a crawl now.
