I just can't read an insecure mc always comparing himself to people and directly assuming that these people are better than him. Moreover this guy is supposedly 18 when he looks like a child minimum 3 years older (probably a bit more) and thinks like one. Not to mention he's a blushing automaton.
If you're trying to make some mature talk in that getup, it's not going to sound like one at all imo.

However, if you exclude these parts it's actually pretty endearing !

Conclusion ? Not worth the read for me, unfortunately. I mean I can't say that something is good if I have to skip reading most of it to enjoy it haha

He is isn't your standard 2010-2025 wimpy doormat MC or 1990-2009 perverted imbecile.
He is just a normal boy who liked a bit older woman, did it hinger him? Nope, he pushed through!
That's what i expect men to do when they like someone, he wasn't Alpha (macho/masculine) but he did what majority of women expect! Take the step, be pro-active and actually listen!

In short if you are tired of usual bullshit rom-com, read this, it's short and NORMAL!(Normal is a big compliment for anything Japanese nowadays).
I give my respect to the author, she didn't pull random artificial drama. She made a story on point with predictable progression. Theme was coffee but it didn't to overflood you with useless information and had a healthy amount of progress each new chapter.
There wasn't much drama but just enough to be engaging but not enough to make you angry or confused.
NTR? No. Potential love rivals? Yes, but they aren't even in the picture for the most part. We as readers aren't as stressed as MC, because we are shown her side of the story.
