Collapsing manga list and hiding read chapters on reading status manga

Hello,

I just started using MangaDex and I absolutely love the UI and the design!
One minor issue I have though, is that the 'follows' bookmark page is really long, and I've only added 2 manga so far!
Most of it is occupied by the list of chapters in the manga, many of which I've already read and I don't need to see.
I therefore have a couple of suggestions:

1. Enabling collapsing/uncollapsing of chapters in titles. By default, when opening the follows bookmark the manga will be collapsed, and they can be uncollapsed via something like a -/+ button next to the title.
2. If possible, I think you should also display the latest published and the latest read chapter when in collapsed mode.
3. Another idea I had, is maybe you could add an option to hide read chapters (and when you mark them as read in the 'follows' bookmark, they will be hidden after refreshing the page).

Once you go for 10+ regularly updated manga your collapsing idea will be pretty much useless since at that stage you wouldn't see more than 2-3 chapters grouped together.

Maybe we're misunderstanding each other.
Let's say I have 20 manga with a total of 900 chapters, out of which I only need to read 50 chapters.

Scenario 1:
I only want to see how many and which chapters I need to read. I want to see ONLY and ALL of those 50 chapters, spread throughout the 20 manga. Therefore the display only unread chapters option I'm suggesting.

Scenario 2:
I want to jump to a particular chapter in a certain manga. I don't want to have to scroll down through 900 chapters to find it. Therefore what I'm suggesting so I only need scroll through THAT manga.

1) A sorting method that brings chapters you haven't read to the top of the page is a planned feature and will be coming eventually.

2) I am fairly sure using the follows updates view to navigate to an arbitrary chapter of something you follow is not an intended use case and it is doubtful it will ever be. Just go to the manga's page itself and go from there.

I'm sure we are talking about "Latest updates" tab of "Follows" page since you didn't specify other. It does exactly what it should do according to its name - shows latest updates. Sorted by release date and time. Not more. Not less. It's not right tool to fullfill you specific (most likely very niche) demands. Wait for custom lists.

That has nothing to do with "you wouldn't see more than 2-3 chapters grouped together", your idea of collapsing chapters will be pretty much useless when you follow tons of manga.

As someone has said, the Follows is just showing what it's supposed to nothing less nothing more. Although I'm quite agree that it will be useful when unread chapters appear on top (sort by unread chapters, which is planned), I will not support the idea of "showing unread chapters only". Even recently read chapters still have their use.

This is almost what I looked for. Didn't notice we had this kind of display.
And I see it can be sorted by latest update, so it kind of works for what I wanted.

Mind you though, that it's a little "buggy" as it ignores your language filter settings. They planned to fix it in "near future", but for now just bear with it.
