She's gone through labour 5 times since six of the eight kids were twins so 45 months out of the 125 months in a decade from 20-30 so assuming she started at 18,19,20 and had her pregnancies one after the other she could be 22-24, though being reasonable it's more than likely she's 25-28.
Yeah it's possible but her body being able to have that many births in a row would have tough effects on her.
Also 1 in 89 births are twins so her having 3 twins in row is incredibly rare.

She's probably 28 or 29 (which is why it's marked over). 3 sets of twins means 5 pregnancies, figure 15 months between conception (this is about when lactation hormones start to fade and menstrual cycles return to normal, ask me how I know). So 75 months total, which is 6 years and change. They probably had their first when she was between 20 and 23.
