Man…Hey!
I was on my daily scroll when I found out that there are actually four Kuuru na Tsuma no Saa-chan chapters which have seemingly flew under the radar for months / a year because they weren't grouped under the PIXIV series for some odd reason.
From latest to earliest they are:
Reliable Childhood Friend and a Little Trip (7/3/2025, https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/132259007)
(Note: Based on what I can tell from the Fanbox preview + description context, this is completely unrelated to Ch. 64 Reliable Childhood Friend and Miscalculations)
Reliable Childhood Friend and Living Together (2/21/2025, https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/127473078)
Reliable Childhood Friend and Schedules (1/1/2025, https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/125787586)
A Childhood Friend Who Will Do Anything for You Series (3/15/2024, https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/116966987) (Note: Wari to Nandemo Yattekureru Osananajimi is an alternate name used for some works in this series by the author)
You can find the actual full 71 chapter spread here: https://www.pixiv.net/en/tags/クールな妻のさーちゃん/artworks
Well, this is certainly a man moment.
I was going to leave this series like a 1960s dad grabbing milk on a crisp Monday morning after catching it up but it seems like a shame to let these go untranslated so I'll be uploading these in no particular order as new chapters since I don't want to renumber like 50 chapters, and since none of the chapters in this series are particularly connected anyway.
Also you may be asking, "did he really make 2 seperate love hotel chapters back to back?"
I suppose the answer is for some odd reason, yes.
Thanks! ありがとうノコ~!
🐴🍄I suppose they’re both just horny 24/7
Man…
No, it's 18 hours of extra lewd sex!18 STRAIGHT HOURS OF PURE SEGGS?!

Didn't expect an education after that chapter, but, Man... glad I did.Quick point of order: Love hotels are not just used for the boinking. They are sometimes legitmately used for actual resting. Just you know not as much.
They became ubiquitous becasue they started out as business hotels, but found a dovetailing market in many Japanese young people live with their parents, dont' have cards, and when you are dating you need a place to get busy. So all these no-frills crash pads found a lucrative secondary market.
The original transistion was, in short, Salarymen banging prostitutes and secretaries.
But they are still legimately used by businessmen as crash pads. Capsule hotels are an option but thye haven't had quite the market success because they can't also service the secondary boinking market.
A friend who worked in Japan during "crunch season" would hand out a bunch of discount coupons for a love hotel near because it was usually too late for people to go home.
They are also good for when you don't want to go back home. When I visited, here's what we did:
- packed overnight bag with clothes for "da club", left it in a coin locker at the station.
- went around the city did the sites, etc.
- went to the love hotel to grab a power nap, shower, and get GQ'd for going out. Much quicker than trying to make the trip back to the apartment and back to the nightlife district, and was like $20-25.
There are a few key differences:
1) The rooms are tiny even by japanese standards. There is a bed, tiny bathroom, and like 8 inches of space around the bed. There is a TV mounted on the wall, and that's about it. It was a challenge juggling overnight bags.
2) Hotels in Japan are built different. At a full-service hotel there is a concierge who will do anything you ask short of seppuku. If you ask they have staff unpack your luggage for you; if you ask at breakfast they will have staff PACK your luggage for you. Basically between check in and check out your needs are completely taken care of. So there is a reason for the cost delta. There isn't really a "Days Inn" level of hotel, its pretty much luxury or hourly love hotel.
Yeah, I know many people who traveled around Japan and just saved money by staying consistently at love hotels. The SUPER cheap option is a net cafe, which...a love hotel is nicer than THAT. The trope in romance manga where it starts raining or whatever and the couple stays at a love hotel is also a thing; you can legit rent a room for a couple hours and just be like "I am dead tired, I'm going to go take a nap."Quick point of order: Love hotels are not just used for the boinking. Net/Manga cafes usually have tier levels. If you are ok falling asleep in a chair at a table, you can save a few bucks on your powernap. By the time you have upgraded to a place to a gym mat you can actually lay down on with even moderate privacy (and noise isolation), you are usually less than $10 per 8 hours in difference.Yeah, I know many people who traveled around Japan and just saved money by staying consistently at love hotels.
