copy resource id shortcut browser extension

The title says it all pretty much. When using Alt+M (or whatever shortcut you decide on), the ID of the currently hovered resource (author, group, chapter, title, ...) should be copied to your clipboard. Obviously intended for desktop only.
I have done some basic testing on (and created versions for) Chromium and Firefox, but feel free to port it to other browsers and make a PR...
