It's kind of hard to tell with the rough translation, but from the official (see chapter 68), I think Shizuku goes by drag queen pronouns. So like, definitely she/her while she's cross dressing, but he/him (or whatever they prefer, for irl drag queens) when out. So what Shizuku's wife is saying is that she accepts both Shizukus

Drag queens often use different pronouns or use the same. He obviously understands the gender confusion as well so he might let it slide on the pronouns. I am a pre-T trans and shrug it off when someone misgenders me because I know it wasnt out of malicious feelings or accident.

If you're not a native English speaker, I recommend at least getting a proof reader. Currently, most dialogue is a bit awkward and stilted, but perfectly legible. However, some of it is not (legible). If a proof reader could turn the illegible text into awkward and stilted text, that would be a huge improvement

Nope, it's in Spanish, I translated it a few days ago into Spanish and someone asked me to do it in English and I don't know anyone who can be a proof reader for me.
