I'm glad you asked. It's Matikanefukukitaru and she's my favorite because throughout her trainee story she relies on her fortune telling too much and gets on a high horse, eventually leading to a redemption arc where she actually believes in herself instead of her fortune telling.

If it were me, I'd tell her that instead of the junk she collects every year, her greatest lucky item is her name, after all, 笑う門には福来る (Warau kado ni wa fuku kitaru)

Rice Shower is the kind of character I tend to dislike and she's no exception. People just want her because it's a "waifu to protect", at least her nasty personality is only in Season 2. For me, it's only Teio:
