Hikaru is a college/uni student, so if he's an undergrad in Japan then he should be about 18/19 years old.
Fuuka and her classmates SHOULD be about 14, as they're in the 8th grade, and Satou I've no idea. The RAWs from a few chapters ago seemed to imply he was a third year, but at the same time he should be a second year, so I get conflicting thoughts on how old he is, and I really don't feel like skimming through 100 chapters to find just how old he is.
