What is up with the release schedule of this series? Sometimes we see regularly updates then it goes silent for a few months then regular updates then silent for a few months again. Is it the author or the scanlators?

It's been like this since around the chapter where kazuma shaved his head.

@vongdong The raws release on a monthly schedule, the irregular translations are due to HCS releasing chapters whenever they feel like. They only released them consistently when Black Cat snipped them.
