Think you misunderstood what the the strategist was saying. He is saying multi-racial societies are a diseased ideology that erodes their nation. They are an amoral nation of human supremacists, through and through.I mean, they are antagonists here, but they are not really villains. The two nations seem to be in active conflict. And the strategist isn't even one of the human supremacists, he actively dislikes that mentality and view it as something to correct.
So really with a shift of which side your on, they can be good guys.
