The "victim" kid is so SO disgusting... and it feels even worse knowing that IRL there're many people like that, being all "I am just a victim, take a pity on me, and justify whatever I did", some times, one deserve pity, but NOT justified whatsoever, but some just full on Manipulative Actor who's never victim, just want to be treat with something that come from being seen as Victim, just like in this chapter. Chapter felt a bit weaker tbh. A lot of hurried exposition with only marginal plot value. Felt unfocused and mostly like a setup for Goat to kick ass (which he did).

But...I'm sure that terrorist group is going to be tied into something larger and more interesting
