Well, at least the extra chapter addressed Mocchi not wearing her matching collar. Lol, at Yuhi sneakily trying to unhook her bra.

I've noticed the author tends to take breaks after major cliffhangers. Though, in this case since the releases are split in half, it would be another 2-3 weeks after the next upload for the full chapter 7 to be out. So, earliest possible release would be mid-February, while it's possible it won't be out until March.

Well, the series is set to release something on Valentine's Day now. Which would likely be the first half of chapter 7. Given the series usual scheduling though, the complete chapter 7 won't be out until February 28th or so.
