Looks like they dropped it.
RAWs are 5 chapters beyond. Since chapter 10, the series went semimonthly (2 chapters per month. 1st and 2nd half of the chapter) and this week the 13th chapter is gonna be released.

Chapter 13 is up (due to author having taken a break 2 weeks ago, the chapter is a 1parter, and not splitted in 2).

Seems Shinba broke up with Hizumi bc of what happened with Uzume (Miyabi's stage name). She spotted Hizumi and chappy ends in a cliffhanger .

Also, reason scans may have been dropped is because the manga has an official english translation in bookwalker (it's 5 chapters behind tho), however, it's behind a paywall.

It's actually a misunderstanding. Spoiler alert

in ch 12.2 he thinks he betrayed Hizumi after being kissed by Miyabi (stage name: Uzume) despite of rejecting her bc he now has Hizumi as his gf. Uzume vows to dirt his head with memories of his "first love" (her). Hizumi takes the "break up" badly and thinks she did something bad and wants an explanation, In Ch. 13.2 Uzume treats Hizumi to a full course fancy meal where she tries to give a noticeable amount of money to Hizumi and even doubles the amount and offers her the best guys in the world, Hizumi mocks her saying Uzume may have a really bad taste to think Shinba is worth that money and reveals herself as a woman with bad taste who likes to get involved with people like him, but Uzume says she wants a gofer that can satisfy her selfish needs, brags about her story with Shinba since they met in elementary 2nd year, how he made her spent his whole youth with her and how she made him confess only to reject him because she can't be the gf of a loser, but wants him as her dog, considers herself a greedy person who wants everything in life, says how she came to know all the worst parts of Shinba during those 10 years, but Hizumi counters saying Shinba gave him a ring, surprising her, also tells her she has the same memories Uzume has about him, with the difference that she managed to do that in just few months. That angers Uzume who says she's gonna take his love even by force leaving the restaurant, Hizumi just finishes saying first love is just first love, and she should make a clean break of that memory. Hizumi connects the dits and realizes Shinba didn't initiate the kiss, and he "couldn't" reject it, so she resolves to kill the first love (memories) by making new memories together. (Ch 14.1) Uzume takes Shinba to her house where he becomes her cameraslave, he just takes the job becomes he wants to apologize to Hizumi, but Uzumi manipulates him with giving him a raise if he does as she says. Uzume then reveals her plan to the reader: saying she pretends to erase his memories with Hizumi, by making him a fan of hers through having him shooting her vlogs, basically fill his head with only memories of his first love, by making him edit her videos, she'll make Shinba fall in love with Uzume again without Hizumi knowing about that. Mw. Hizumi plans her revenge, telling Uzume to enjoy while she can, because she's gonna give Uzume, the person who still clings to her first love, the one who dirtied Hizumi's loser, a present.

tl;dr Hizumi is actually that spiteful against those who steal her loser bf and engaged in a war against Uzume, with sound arguments tho. She thinks Uzume just wants to use him as her slave. Shinba has that much of a low opinion of himself and thinks being SA'd equals cheating
