@mommy Yeah, Chapter 17 outright debunked that theory, when they were trying to prove Satsuki wasnt adopted. They're all definetly related courtesy of our non-present parental couple

@UltimateAdrian20 While I myself think that they are related, even with chapter 17 there are still possible explanations. I understand how wishful they are but just for argument's sake:

-Patchwork family: Theoretically the mother and father could have married each other after divorcing with their previous partners and taken their kids with them. That would also leave the possibility for only Haruki and Mitsuki to not be directly related by blood.
-Personally, I don't resemble my parents at all but know strangers that actually do, so just looking alike doesn't prove anything. Mitsuki and Haruki also apparently don't look alike at all. Haruki could be adopted for example while looking like the father or just be a relative of sorts.

Probably not the case but I don't like outright debunking a possibility although I don't really believe in it myself so yeah...

as mommy mentioned the feel the story gives is that the mom(or dad) had yayoi and mutsuki and the dad (or mom) had Haruki while the twins are the daughters of both of them and we can notice how one is really similar to haruki (and looks like mutsuki as a kid) and the other is similar to the grandma. The other choice is that Haruki's parents are death and they were friend of his current family so he got adopted when that happened.

I'm team Mutsuki. But of course I don't really want some any real couple. Satsuki is Mutsuki and Haruki's child though, looks like Mutsuki and acts a lot like Haruki =w=.

But we can argue Uzuki for Yayoi too lol.

I love this series.

the author seems to be hellbent on shipping haruki with yayoi or mutsuki ...

certainly mutsuki IS the best girl , but this is Japan we're talking about and best girl usually don't win
