I find it interesting that the Jiji interaction is being read as "bait" for Momo x Jiji shippers... how? Do you not show concern for your friends, especially your childhood friends? Momo saved Jiji's family, she was the appointed exorcist. Okarun teamed along with her but Seiko appointed Momo to that mission due to Seiko's powers not reaching outside of that barrier.

He is grateful and knows he's lacking compared to some of the other cast members with his control on the Evil Eye and his psychic power. I'm just shocked that's what was taken away from that interaction that it was "bait" and not a genuine interaction between two friends of opposite sex.

Anyway, Dandadan was missed and I'm very excited for the next arc to begin.

Zuma got bailed by the Fairy Card while possessed, and the old man was thrown as bait to bring someone else that would break the seal. So no real reason to keep the curse on them.

By contrast, Momo never got an out to the curse, so after the Fairy Card's abilities were taken (instead of, y'know, it being exorcised) there wasn't any way to remove the effect. And since as far as they know they DID exorcise it, there's not much they can go off for how to return her to normal.
