No man can survive without interacting to other people, even if it's in cyberspace.

You'll need another person to help either way, or else you had to it yourself and there's no other way.
You can't help people who won't help themselves first.
If they're willing to accept help then it's start from there.

Are you seriously saying Social media a good thing to protect a person mentality?

That's why there's professional, starting from close friends of family, a Samaritan then a professional.
