If the answer of "How could you know that?" can be as simple as, "He told me," then it's not really much of a stumper.
If someone tells you the "do anything" reward you suggest is too boring, you should know she wants to use it as an excuse to do more than she's normally comfortable with.
Oh, she just admitted outright she's blushing because she's charming. Wait, that means she's actually sick. Can't have something that straightforward in a romcom.

A lot of whiplash in this and fumbling of the dialogue. Also too suggestive at times. Might put it down.
Though one thing I think the manga does ironically well in is nailing how women plead. It's not done in the "pornified" way nor is it sudden. You tend to find women don't get "horny", but instead get very clingy, and dropping hints, and you choose how far you go (my fiancé is fine cuddling. We're Christian lol)
You need to pick up on these hints, lads...

Dude was unable to tell she was a she from the beginning. People like that are inherently dence.
It's not that he's kind or just shy. It's the kind of behaviour that confuses others, and makes the mmc oblivious to those around him. The fact she had to push for an outdoor date, and promptly got a cold, and he somehow roll a 20 on noticing she did, but more like felt like he was making an excuse of not to go out. Personalities like this mc are seriously irritating. Whatever it's he wants to tell her he needs to do it before some scumbag comes along, and takes advantage of any lingering doubt she may have that he loves her. Situations like this are ripe for a bad end.
