@Vofuro homosexuality in manga and anime are oft centred around the sexual rather than the romantic part of it (or to be more specific, they care about what's going on in bed and nothing else). It's gotten better over the years, and they are certainly not the only ones who portray homosexuals this way. Yet the stereotype continues to exist, and this manga happily indulges in it.
Funnily enough this manga is slow in comparison to Yuri and Yaoi, which tend to have characters fucking within the first couple pages. Now Yaoi/Yuri is funnily enough written mainly for heterosexual people, too few homosexuals for the market, and is thus even moreso fueled by fantasises than other genres might be. Yet any work even just inspired by them will have a tendency to be hypersexual, as seen in this manga for example.

I personally made the experience that shounen ai is romance, yaoi is porn (plus optional romance bit), though you obviously have a point that homosexual stuff in manga tends to be ridiculously stereotypical, probably in every way.
It's what you look for, really, I used to be really into shounen ai, as it essentially tends to be shoujo romance with a genderbent heroine xD
But ahh that makes sense, that due to the target group the trap subgenre gets hypersexualised. Manga is big in adapting to certain target groups, after all. It's just funny, from what I remember of this manga I felt like it was more targeting guys, not women, because of its vulgarity. But then again, guys like hypersexualised stuff, too, so honestly, it shouldn't be a surprise.

@Vofuro I'll say that this manga is better about it than the vast majority, and is like you said probably not aimed towards women.
It's worth noting that shoujo/shounen ai is to my knowledge more of a scanlation term, since the wording has some very pedophilic implications in Japanese whilst among scanlations typically meaning more romantically inclined Yuri/Yaoi. It's a mess tbh.
Even then, any manga with homosexual protagonist, or more rarely bisexual, tend to be progressing much more quickly and be more physical. Not necessarily a bad thing, though it oft gets quite boring with how formulaic it still is.

But there still are quite innocent boy x boy romances out there, even if some get a yaoi ending.
And, well, most manga tends to be quite formulaic (like especially shoujo or shounen stuff), even if I agree that the homosexual stuff is really, really bad with it, also due to the stereotypes. It's quite a bit offensive, actually, that one guy just essentially takes on the female role. But then again, most shojo is sexist as hell, too.
This manga, hilariously, doesn't match that boy x boy formula, but that's mostly because it targets a whole new target group, and works more as a gag manga. It reminds me a lot of Prunus girl in that regard, as that manga, too, was more about what's her/his gender.

BL is indeed a highly problematic genre.
It’s getting better, but you’re right. I’ve been a fujoshi since 1998, so my tolerance for its BS is fairly high. I usually just leave a critical comment and move on if it’s bog standard or a scathing one if it’s OG girl-proxy hetero. A good number of them use lube, now, at least.
Most of the really bad stuff has been shunted off into omegaverse madness. (Which is just a new form of het but with... aliens)
Yuri is also problematic, but mostly because it rarely actually acknowledges that homosexuality is a thing, instead treating girl x girl as some ethereal communion of fluttering butterflies or something. As a lesbian I find it frustrating af.
Japan is getting better, but it’s still highly discriminatory against LGBTQIA+ peeps. Leads to a lot of misunderstandings.

Now fuck me hard” theme and then the story stops the moment they get together and then there’s a chapter of unrealistic fucking.
