To respond to both of you, and also putting my impretions of the chapter out there, I think that she is essentialy trying to say in a really convoluted way, that she likes man again and what she had Musashi was nothing.

The part of her liking man again I think is obvious, but the part her adressing in a really convoluted way her relationship with Musashi kinda need a little bit of explaining, I interpret her whole kissing and touching each other isn´t sexual at all, is that convoluted explanation, why, if you look at Agawa´s sex scenes with Erika they are just kissing and touching each other, so if touching and kissing aren´t sexual, by that logic, Agawa and Erika never had sex actually. That is the only explanation I can think as of why is Agawa acting like this, because sure kissing is a greating in many cultures, but generally on the cheek and if it is on the lips its a peek not full on tounge fucking also did she need to greet him like 3 times, and sure she is right about not everything need to be sexual but like she is touching his cock and she put his hands on her boobs.

Now does this sound incredibly stupid, yes, is this something that I belive Agawa would do intead of adressing their relationship, also yes. Could i be over thinking it? maybe.

What caught my attention is why does she wanted to know how many rounds Gotou had with Shigemi and Akito, she kinda looked sad for a sec there, maybe she is worried about Gotou dying of snu snu.

Also one funny interpretation I had was that this is Agawa trying to be "romantic", especialy because of that last panel.

You could be right but I feel like author is too retarded to use his brain that much especially with how many holes and unresolved plot points there are in this manga but then again it is a satire manga so not much thought put into it

There was supposed to be (if you have seen the pre-serialization version), the author just decided to completely erase it, there's basically no real direction at this point, the title itself has literally no real value anymore, the MC became the FMC and now they have basically the same role in the story.

Satire and sex aside, the only good thing that this author could do storywise (and maybe could be the direction he is choosing right now) is inverting the MC and FMC's roles.

This is my guess: the MC became the one who sluts around; the FMC is the one that was fucking girls because she was tired of guys (and we know the real reason why she did that), but now, after seeing him fucking the other girls (Shige in particular) and the teacher (note that Agawa was supposed to fuck a teacher in the original story at this point not our MC), she also "got tired" of the girls too, so she wants to get him back (lying about having sex again with other guys) and now is trying to "seduce him" (saying that he is the only guy with that much stamina, and the only guy that can really satisfy her, trying to force him to choose and say that he really wants to have sex with her).

If this is the new direction of the story it could still make sense and maybe with a switch of perspective we could see Agawa realizing how she really ended up breaking him (otherwise i've no idea where this is going or is supposed to develop)

The only thing i disagree is the how you see the character of Agawa, I think she was lying about her lesbianism and there are some hints that point this out, but then again it has been like 8-9 moths since this plot point has been stablished and we still haven´t had a proper reasoning as of what is going on with Agawa since the end of the summer arc, so yeah even if there are hints and implications it´s kinda pointless unless we get to know what is going on Agawa´s head.
