Hmm not really, Agawa doesn't say anything to Gotou, he can do whatever he wants, have sex with others. Just like Agawa can have sex with whoever, or not, as she's not letting Gotou have sex with her. It could be for the first time, Agawa feels romantic love for someone and want to keep that person for herself, it's new to her and she doesn't know how to deal with it. The feeling seems so opposite to how she lives so far, freedom to have sex with anyone as if it's a simple regular hobby, when for a lot of people sex is usually tied to someone you trying to be a partner with.
