I think her and Erika have potential to at least fuck the guy.

Erika is rather simple, last time we saw her was when Shigemi confronted Agawa, and Agawa was left pretty shaken after that encounter, so she could aproach Gotou out of curiosity and or to check what si so great about Gotou that would make Agawa react like that.

Dark skinned gyaru is weird, to me, she and Agawa´s relationship turned weird, why? well, post hotel incident, we see that Agawa declares boldly that she isn´t going to mess arround with dudes (chap 77 I think), Shigemi then asks Tanned Gyaru if she (tanned gyaru) is ok, she just says that Agawa looks sad, and when Shigemi says that Agawa stops messing with a bunch of dudes is good she says yes I feel almost dismisively, later when Shigemi confronts Agawa, Tanned Gyaru and the other friend are present however, basicaly the 2 of them were waiting for Shigemi, not for Agawa, and Agawa looks shoked to see that.

There is also the fact that tanned gyaru is Agawa´s white knight, she has threaten Gotou before, so why didn´t she do anything at all if Agawa looks sad, not even to ask Gotou what is going on, so there is something more going on not only with tanned gyaru but also the other friend but well have to wait and see to get the answer.

There is also Takeda´s words, in the author notes for the deleted chapters he say that he wants to revisit Tanned Gyaru´s and Gotou´s friendship, but he needed to make tanned gyaru more of a character.

So the posibility of her either falling for Gotou or just fucking him seems high in my opinion, but compared to Erika this is more especulation on my part.

Also yeah Inukai and Gotou together would set the fandom ablaze but as I said, It would be fucking hilarious.
