To stop Gotou from picking up the call from Agawa, Akito jumps on him. She straddles him in awkward silence until finally she asks him “Is it no good if its with me?”. Thinking back to how he feels when he has sex with Agawa and how disappointed she seemed when he banged her sister, he simply answers that he likes Agawa, meanwhile Agawa is staring at her phone with confusion when she is called away to help her aunt.
Back to Akito and Gotou, the former points out to the latter the simple fact that Agawa does it with anyone, and somewhat pathetically he says that he likes her regardless.
Gotou thinks to himself that he already made this mistake before (fucking a woman besides Agawa) and can’t imagine laying a hand on Akito anyway.
Akito, utterly deflated, apologizes and goes to leave. While standing outside the door however, Akito offhandedly requests for him to kiss her before she leaves. To her surprise, he tentatively agrees, and gives her a quick kiss. She thanks him with tears of happiness/sadness and finally makes to leave, but Gotou finds the sight of her weeping compelling enough that he kisses her again. And again. And again. And again. As the two begin passionately making out, Agawa thinks to herself that Gotou must just be focusing on his studies.
