An idea path is MC mute the call, accepts Akito's confession but tells her the sex needs to wait until after the exam. She accepts and leaves or they study together or whatever.

Now is that path entertaining to read? I can't say.

Now I think MC picking up Agawa's phone call might be the final straw before Akito pounces again. MC resisted the first attempt in the room but the second attempt? Who knows..

Also, I am guessing if the MC and Akito do have sex, Agawa accidently overhears it because the call didn't disconnect due to whatever reason. If that happens, it's going to be a miracle for the MC to have a legitimate relationship with Agawa.
