Short term prediction: Gotou will have sex with Prez, and someone will find them out. If Akito, that will break her and conclude her path into corruption. If Agawa, there will be a fight between her and Gotou and Prez will have to interfere.

Not as if it matters because Gotou will get expelled anyway if this backtracks to the OG hentai plot.

1. Funny to see how Agawa is starting to lose sex friends because she is „to much to handle“ after she did it a few times Gotou. I would assume that she will get bored more, like I said for weeks already, and stop it or crave for gotou again realising their perfect comp ability. So the question that comes in my mind is when takeda will bring gotou and Agawa back together. Will he write the story in a way that Agawa catches the Prez and gotou. If that is gonna happen how will she react? Will she join them, leave the scene or take gotou away from her straight to her home or hotel. Or will they meet up again when the break ends and see each other in school, with her situation losing sex friends and desperately waiting for him who can fulfil her.
2. Even when the prez has her own motives with gotou we still have to give her credits. She formed the horny monkey in someone who has now a will to study. He did pretty well in the mock exams thanks to her. Perhaps the author really wants a change in gotous character or go on with the horny version of him (last one more probably). Would be funny seeing the break down of the prez again after gotou confessed his love for her sister.
3. Moreover let’s see if the author will let inuaki meet up with Agawa, so that both of them can satisfy their needs. There would also be the question if inuaki will be able go give Agawa what she is craving for (which probably he will manage to, but we never know). Seems like akito was just a bait or we will get a flashback because a whole month was skipped in the manga.

I don't like these types of jokes, IF that is the case then is like Thimbleweed park or the last Monkey Island, is basically making fun of you for caring about plot and characters, and being invested just to throw it all out, or like a little kid that just throws out the table and says the game was stupid anyway because things are not going his way.

If the final message is "fuck you for caring+[hastily drawn smut]" he can keep it but dont' take my time and/or money (after all we are reading it for free but is not, let's not forget that).
Just because something is comedy, or "stupid" or "fiction" it doesn't mean we cannot care for its characters, nor we cannot criticize it for betraying its own rules and consistency.
Even something as dumb as a YTP, you might look at a Pollock painting or a video by kitty0706 and think that is just an assortment of randomness....but we remember them, try mimicking them and you will see that is not so random after all.

Inukai says on page 6 that it feels like a whole month since the extra lessons began. So it is possible that a few weeks really past. Moreover on the first page we get the narrative statement that Agawa had sex during the summer break. A hint again that some time past. When we look in chapter 59 we saw how Agawa started to fuck the boy we saw today in the first page. The next panels were how Inuaki spawned behind Akito and the rest is all known. In today's chapter we saw how the boy left Agawa and spring back to the school scene. If we think a bit realistically it takes some time to get in a flow to study. So it would be not possible that our horny Gotou transformed just in one to two days to a study junky, achieving good results. He had a few subject to study on which is not possible to do in one week or two.
Holding on these facts I thought that we had a time skip. Furthermore we can not forget that meet up between Inuaki and Akito only happened because of her tailing Gotou. When you look up in the chapters Inuaki was beside him.
That's how I came on the theory of the time skip.
But I could also be wrong like other users mentioned already. Perhaps it is a flashback and Agawa will bust Inuaki and Akito like I said two weeks before. Or she will bust Prez and Gotou. We will see it with next weeks chapter xD Many outcomes are possible with the author.
