Like more than half of this manga, Agawa was going around and doing her thing and Gotou had to just deal with it.

I kinda want Gotou to do the same thing Agawa was doing at the start. Their character developments can invert and reflect how the other person was at the beginning of the story. Agawa needs some more chapters that aren't her just fucking.

Maybe Agawa can struggle with her feelings while Gotou just crashes and burns into his lust with various other girls, chasing that Agawa-shaped hole in his heart.

(Idk, any sort of character development for Agawa seems better than all these chapters that built Gotou up as a Frankenstein's Monster slut, just to seemingly be ready to cut him down and humble him a few chapters later.)

I see in a way that the only guy who previously satisfied her now treats her like any other of her fuckbuddies and thats sending her off and making the sex unpleasant now that shes conscious about it. And i do think Gotou will go back to Akito/Shiina bc as we saw in previous chapters he really built a emotional connection with both, when we see he thinking that these two are prioritize over Agawa (mostly because they were there for him when Agawa was in her tour for the town). I think Agawa will go to that sports club guy as he's been teased so much, he was doing Agawa at first chapter, she has been avoiding him for some reason for long and he's been persistent on getting her. Plus he has that shitty personality of superiority complex. Author has a previous hentai which had similar story.

I think Agawa would move out now, that guy will contact her and this time she'll go with her. He's stated to be good at sex so she might use him to statisfy him in place of Gotou. Then Gotou will have to fight for attention.
As for Agawa's friend, she called gotou lame but saw president all over him. Remember president is really hard to statisfy. So Gotou might even get more sex friends which would be good because Agawa is annoying. Akito and President are much better choice.
