I feel like Agawa seems like she's a bit unrealistically dense. Like, there's no way she wouldn't pick up on the fact that Gotou is interested in her romantically given the way he's acting and what he's saying to her, but she's reacting like she genuinely thinks Gotou is just like her. Like, she's sort of acting from the assumption that having tons of sex friends is the norm. Even if she doesn't think that there's anything wrong with that (and there isn't, really), she ought to be fully aware that it's not the norm and it doesn't make sense that she just assumes that Gotou's like that. I dunno, maybe she's on the spectrum or something.

I kinda saw it as a possibility on the love hotel chapter. He got very simulated by the other dude's partner. I wouldn't be mad because it doesn't change the premise of the story, he still likes her who can have sex with anyone. The plot deepens, but I hope this is not the kind of manga that shows the slow degradation of MC into a player (like the sempai whose balls were smashed earlier)

I think its a bit different than being dense. Agawa seems to be aware of his feelings but its kinda like having an overly affectionate and energetic pet dog.

Agawa is def correct that the MC needs to socialize and meet other girls because he's displaying obsessive behavior toward the girl who took his virginity, and playing around with other sluts is a 2 birds 1 stone from her perspective since it might calm down his obsession while also raising his technique.

Lets all remember the sempai who wanted to fuck all the girls, obsession is normally a negative thing and can easily switch targets, so Agawa pawning him off like this might be because she thinks his feelings will pass when he plays with other sluts.

While I do agree with your perspective to some extent, there's just too much that we don't know to make such a loaded statement.
Agawa's past might actually be influencing the way she's dealing with this situation, maybe she's been through something similar in the past and, rather than being patronizing, she might just be acting on what her experience has taught her.
IMO we really just need to know more about her past in order to somewhat understand the way she's thinking right now.
