From left to right, from top to bottom:

- "Long press the button for 3 actions!" - another streamers' phrase. Explanation: on Bilibili a viewer can press and hold a button to perform three actions at once: to like, to add to favorite, and to donate to a streamer.
- "It's not like I don't have little girls! But, if possible, I'd like to protect beautiful girls! Goo!" - no idea what this means (and whether this translation is on point). I think this might be some kind of phrase said by some Chinese streamer that was made into a meme. That's why I replaced it with "Woo yeah baby, that's what I've been waiting for!"
- "Update! Update! Dan-dan-dan! Goo!" - said by the viewers who beg for updates (like on manga websites "Where is the next chapter?!"). "Dan-dan-dan" is some Chinese media website with memes and user-generated content. Some streamers might be using it for self-promotion.
- "Fill that thumbs up gauge! Goo!" - streamer encourages viewers to click sort of "like" buttons. Clicking these buttons fills the gauge that's displayed to everyone.
The fact, that he doesn't acknowledge that makes it even more funny. And yes, I realized that as well.
