It's basically an inter-dimensional labor distribution company. Hmmmmm, it's not bad at all. Middleman for labor and the like. Employees signed up for this of their own volition and after the 'job introduction' they are given the bare basics and information. Pretty standard with companies actually. Granted the issue is how the Labor company doesn't look like they have any standards when it comes to commissions but I assume as you get get better and gain levels in the company, you have more freedom in pick and choosing what commissions you want to do.

That doesn't make sense at all, their highest level clients will be making so much money with each job that it won't matter if they level down, since they'll have ALREADY made more than enough money.

In fact, by that point, surely they would have enough to not need to do such jobs, they could simply invest and grow their money for basically free
