Jennis is stupid and way too impulsive. Like any asshole he projects ONLY his values and needs on others.
Basically all he's done since he got there was feed them and has now decided he can do whatever he wants with them.
No one cares about your child like judgements of humanity.
You've had power the majority of your life, you have one close relationship, and you don't have to worry about death, starvation, money or depending on some psycho asshole to hopefully help you make it through the next months.
No one likes an unpredictable leader, especially a childish one that throws tantrums while judging you.
