Interesting how the lover also said that...but she is right,if one is not able to take responsibility for their own actions,then they should not do them until they can.

An under 25,unemployed,still in education,person should not be doing anything as life changing as surgery if they don't need it to keep living.

More so if they're less then 15.

But one can feel however they like,that in itself won't permanently change things,and to express those feelings is to take responsibility for their outcomes,and that can only happen if you truly can think about the aspects fully,which a grade schooler usually isn't capable of.
