Sadly i don't. 3 reasons though:

1. Enma-chan design (in the manga or if you just want to talk about the credit, just the hat) is one of the few popular stylization of Judge of Hell clothing (with cuteness dialed up to 11).

Look at the HAT! It doesn't look remotely the same as this zombie girl.

2. The moment i saw your pict, i knew that she is a zombie. So i don't make any connection or think she looks similar. Cause what she is wearing is the modern rendition of Chinese Jiangshi (Jiangshi doesn't have any special clothing, but thanks to "Chinese Ghost Story" movie, they popularized the kind of Jiangshi that wear an old dynasty official clothing)

If i see this Taoist Priest face to ward off jiangshi in a manhua one more time! I will flip!
