I was wondering how the author would back out of the huge Christmas buildup to keep the premise going... I mean, it's not that this new status quo wasn't set up, and this is pretty awesome saphic edging, it just feels disjointed. Is this a let down because it let up? Is this peak? I'm happy with mixed feelings.
Pure speculation, but is this a (A) sign the story sells enough to develop the relationship phase(s) longer, or a (B) buildup to a distinctive confession finale when every chapter is already a near confession? I really want to see the little plot threads developed further, no matter the phase of the relationship. Especially Yuzu's imposter syndrome compared to ultra well rounded Minami's assymetric skills and effort.
