At this point, it would be better to argue that the dragon's "insides" are actually a portal to another dimension or something, cuz this scale is getting very hard to make sense of.

Also Lily casually joking about severed heads huh? And while I can enjoy the almost slice of life vacation aspect of the dragon's stomach (you know, the whole gimmick of the series), I can't help but be distracted by what is going on on the outside. Oh well! Go Friday!

i am wondering about the dragon.. is not natural but created by a very powerful mage who was tired of the world. hmm.

If we're tossing out ideas, I'm a massive fan of the first Dragon's Dogma dragon which was the previous dragon slayer looking to test and die to a new slayer, which in turn becomes the next in a cycle. So the dragon views the world as a god, searching for one chosen to kill them.

Also, the hooded figure is talking to themselves as multiple people. Keep your Preciouses at hand.
