Her character was changed from the first 2 chapters into the dog she is now... plot related or just how shes written? The aliens seem very heavily ego based to where I can easily see this being side effects to her being a hunger driven selfish person. The recent side effects are most likely just the first physical sign that she is being warped.

She could also just be a moron thru and through. The writing kinda goes from decent to not that good when it come to story progression but the character writing is picking up. I will say I am getting more into it now than I was at the start.

Though even back then, she and Kitami bonded over trash talking aliens. And as the one who proposed the grand "kill them all" plan so she could have a buffet...

Also, this chapter makes me wonder about their snoot-things, because wasn't Lily revived by her biting it or something? I can't remember the exact specifics, just that the snoot was involved somehow.

Exactly this. Nomamoto's always been this way. People just forgot since they focused on Kitami for so long.

Iirc, she bit his head mostly. His snoot was shooting through the car and back all over the place during it.

So, a dead alien can be revived by kissing. Is it random kissing, or a kissing of true love?
And she forgot what happened. And nobody accuses and sues anything?
So if she can be revived, will she be healed? Will it be an infinite loop of eating and reviving?

Almost got back to status quo, but...

Almost grew a friendship, but...
Nomamoto isn't just a anti-social, she's CONTRA-SOCIAL, isn't she?
I mean, she was being close to Kitami, she once was looking having a good time with him, and then she just said, "Yeah, I can just eat an alien right away without Kitami! Think I'll just leave him alone?" without second thought.

And then she just had a good time with her, and then Nomamoto's visually disgusted with the idea of being "friends"?
Dunno man, instead of the alien, it feels like her psyche is "alien" to us. The more we know about her, the more we think, "Am I supposed to get behind this woman?".

Also, has she been that way? Or is it the side effect of eating too much alien?
